This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, working within a business that truly values its employees and is committed to their professional development.

About the Role:
As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe working environment across the company’s projects. While a construction background is preferred, our client is willing to provide industry-specific training for candidates with relevant Health & Safety experience. Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Health & Safety role, ideally within construction (although this is not essential).
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with people at all levels.
  • Full UK driving licence, as travel to sites will be required (1-2 times per month).

  • Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
  • Full training and development in the construction industry, if required.
  • The opportunity to work for a growing, family-run business with a supportive work culture.

This is a great opportunity for a Health & Safety professional looking to build a long-term career in a reputable and growing business. If you have the qualifications and experience in H&S, but are looking for a new challenge or the chance to break into the construction sector, we encourage you to apply.

How to Apply:
