Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm)
About the Role:
Our client, a world leader in their field, specialising within a niche manufacturing sector, is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will play a key role in ensuring the company’s commitment to quality by maintaining high standards across all products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on products and materials to ensure compliance with internal and external specifications.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, ensuring all records comply with ISO 9001 standards.
- Support the continuous improvement of quality management systems.
- Assist in the implementation and upkeep of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards (where applicable).
- Prepare reports, record data, and work collaboratively with other departments to address quality-related issues.
- Conduct internal audits and contribute to the development of corrective and preventative actions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards would be advantageous.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
