Cranleigh STEM is working with a leading provider of hydrogen fuel cell power systems to generate clean energy in support of the global energy transition. We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join its team on a permanent, full-time basis and to help deliver on the company’s long-term success.
As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting existing and developing new products within hydrogen fuel cells, hydrogen generation and integrated power solutions.
You will be required to support cross-functional activities between the Control & Electronics, Fuel Cell Product Development, Systems Development, Production and Testing departments.

Responsibilities encompass capturing requirements, defining software architectures, supporting system trades, producing specifications, and engaging in hands-on development, debugging, and verification at both software and system levels. The ideal applicant should be adept at troubleshooting embedded targets, have familiarity with software configuration and debugging tools, and excel in an innovative design environment, demonstrating initiative in both independent work and collaboration within a team of engineers and scientists.
